My opinion about Bin Laden
It does not take too much time for a Muslim who knows what Islam really means to know that Bin Laden is not the right person to represent Islam.
It does not take too much time either to know that Bin Laden is not representing hundreds of millions of Muslims all over the world, and no one can say to them: “Those who are not with me are infidels (non-Muslims) or hypocrites (Munafiq)”, as Bin Laden did or almost did on Al-Jazeera.
I did not hear all his interviews or speeches on Al-Jazeera, but what I heard (after 11/9/2001) was very much enough to say, with all my good intentions toward others, that if he was not the person who ordered the September 11th attacks on The US, or did not know anything about these attacks, which I do not believe, he is for sure the one who is ordering more of these terrorist crimes and is proud of those who did it, after saying he has nothing to do with these acts!
Islam neither allows anyone to do such crimes that include suicide, killing and burning people, destroying other’s properties, and to encourage people to do them nor to be happy about them.
The scholars of Islam should tell Bin Laden, if he is still alive, the very clear truth: He is wrong, and because of him a lot of innocent people suffered and are still suffering. Bin Laden, can’t you see that?
Some people could say I am a traditional Muslim. Sure I am, isn’t it better to be a traditional Muslim than to be the cause of the catastrophe that took place in Afghanistan, until now at least!
Rich countries should consider other ways to stop criminal acts and to be much more concerned about the welfare of the poor and pitiable children and individuals of Palestine, Iraq and other countries such as Afghanistan where lives the most miserable people of the whole world!
I think those who supported Bin Laden can see very clearly that he was wrong and his way of thinking was very far away from Islam.
